I’m very honored to present today’s guest photo by writer, traveler and shopper photographer: Theadora Brack. First, the shot she’s gracing is with.
And then her very complete description:
Tucked behind the Stravinsky fountain at the Centre Pompidou, “Shhhh” was created by graffiti artist Jef Aerosol in June 2011. Measuring in at an impressive 350 square meters, the massive mural (self-portrait!) was created with spray paint, along with stencils, scaffolding and the mayor’s stamp of approval. Message? Stop, look and appreciate the city.

Place Georges Pompidou, 4th arrondissement

Here’s my humble contribution to Freaky Friday: Special Graffiti.
Thank you again, Theadora!

I’d like to turn this site into more of a collaborative effort, if at all possible. For that, I need your help!
If, like Kieron, you have taken a picture of Paris on your cell phone and would like to show it off to the world, why not do it here? It doesn’t have to be super artistic–there are enough photo sites of Paris as it is–just taken with a mobile phone and that’s all!
Please send a copy of your photograph to Paris.Paul.Prescott@gmail.com and I’ll let you know when it’ll be posted.
Thanks so much for your help!
Paris Paul

I´ve seen the huge mural by Jef Aersol last July and liked it at first sight! I´m a big fan of this kind of street art.
Isn’t it fun!? It sure helps a city like Paris stay young.
See you in the streets,
Paris Paul
