Today I made a special trip with the kids to the Bibliothèque MK2 (128 Avenue France 75013 Paris) where, next to the book store, they have a small American Junk Food Shop! Dr Pepper, Mountain Dew, Beef Jerky, Sherbert Oreos, Cake Mix, Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce, 6 kinds of M&Ms, Pringle flavors I’ve never heard of (Zesty Lime in Chili? Seriously?), True Blood juice, Duff beer, Nerds (my daughter’s favorite)… A veritable pornucopia of Junk Food.
To mark the posting of my latest short story over at Paris-Inspired, I’m posting here some of the smart phone photos I took of the Arènes de Lutèce, the setting for my (very brief) piece “After in the Arena“.

I’d like to turn this site into more of a collaborative effort, if at all possible. For that, I need your help!
If you have taken a picture of Paris on your cell phone and would like to show it off to the world, why not do it here? It doesn’t have to be super artistic–there are enough photo sites of Paris as it is–just taken with a mobile phone and that’s all!
Please send a copy of your photograph to Paris.Paul.Prescott@gmail.com and I’ll let you know when it’ll be posted.
Thanks so much for your help!
Please feel free to check out my Paris Inspired fiction here
