I think this is the triumphal arche porte Saint Denis on Boulevard Saint Denis.

Nice work on the solutions by both women! I thought that is what it was — the arch at St Denis… I took some pics of it last year about this time, I think it was. I’ll have to check.

The photo for this week’s Where Is It Wednesday is the chapel at Les Invalides: the Église Saint-Louis des Invalides. It contains, among others, the tomb of Napoléon.
